I have even seen it myself every time I went to the gym people doing the wrong movements even under supervision.
It is very important to consult with a professional when doing certain movements because everybody is different and what is good for one person can not be good for another.
I have also seen people doing exercises thinking they are building certain muscles when they are not. Believe me… It happens all the time. Most of my patients are surprised when we discuss that in my office.
